Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how soft37 handles information when you use justtodo (the “App”).

1. Information stored by the App

justtodo lets you create checklist pages, checklist items, and completion records, and save a theme preference. This information is stored locally in the App's private storage on your device. soft37 does not receive or have access to this information.

2. Information collection and sharing

The App does not create user accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or usage data. The App does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, tracking, authentication, cloud-sync, or push notification services.

3. Device permissions

The App does not request access to sensitive device capabilities such as your camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, location, or notifications.

4. Purchases and app stores

justtodo is distributed as a one-time paid download through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchase processing is performed by the applicable store under its own privacy policy. soft37 does not receive or store your payment-card details.

5. Retention and deletion

Locally stored App data remains on your device until you use the App's Reset data feature, clear the App's storage where supported, or uninstall the App. Copies included in device or operating-system backups are controlled by you and the applicable platform provider; soft37 cannot access or delete those backups.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not directed specifically to children and soft37 does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
