Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of justtodo (the “App”), provided by soft37. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules, soft37 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.

2. App functionality and your data

The App stores checklist and settings data locally on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter and for maintaining any device backups you choose to use. The App does not provide an account, cloud sync, or a soft37-hosted backup service.

3. Purchase and refunds

The App is offered as a one-time paid download. It does not include a subscription or in-app purchase. Billing and refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under the applicable store terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where applicable law expressly permits it. You must use the App in compliance with applicable law and must not infringe the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, branding, and other original content, is owned by soft37 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

6. Availability and updates

We may provide updates, modify features, or discontinue the App where permitted by applicable law. Device, operating-system, or app-store changes may affect the App's availability or operation.

7. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, soft37 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
